You will coordinate DocuSign workflows, maintain repositories, and produce key summaries for leadership across legal, finance, and operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years in-house contract review/negotiation
• Experience with full contract lifecycle from intake to renewal
• Familiarity with CLM platforms (Onit) and e-signature tools
• Bachelor’s degree in business, legal studies, or related field

Responsibilities

• Manage full contract lifecycle for vendor, client, NDA, and other agreements.
• Coordinate contract execution through DocuSign and store properly.
• Prepare contract summaries, obligation trackers, and key-term summaries for stakeholders.
• Support negotiations by reviewing terms and identifying issues.
• Own and improve contract lifecycle processes and governance.
• Maintain contract resources including templates and libraries.
• Manage legal service requests and stakeholder communications.
