Job summary

Johnson Service Group (JSG) is seeking a senior-level Contracts Administrator for a contract role in Atlanta, GA. The position focuses on expert-level contract development, drafting, negotiation, and record maintenance to ensure compliance and efficiency across sourcing activities.

You will lead negotiations, manage procurement documents, and collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and Accounting to resolve contractor issues in a timely manner.

Qualifications

• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts including vendor and client agreements.
• Maintain organized records of contracts, amendments, and related documents.
• Lead contract negotiations and amendments.
• Support sourcing and contracting from cradle to grave, including RFIs and RFPs.
• Collaborate with Legal, Risk Management, and Accounting to resolve exceptions.

Responsibilities
