Job summary

JLL is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal, balancing risk with operational efficiency. The role focuses on business contracts rather than legal advisory, requiring collaboration with risk, legal, and tax teams across local and international contexts.

You will train staff on contract management best practices and support project teams to ensure timely review and execution of agreements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education in business, operations, procurement, or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in procurement, operations, negotiations, or contract management.
• Understanding of contract types, composition, use, and impact from a business perspective.
• Strong critical thinking and problem-solving abilities; autonomous work style.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborative with interpersonal skills and customer service focus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead oversight of entire contract lifecycle from negotiation to renewal and termination with cross-functional partners.
• Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of agreements in local and international contexts from a business operations view.
• Identify and mitigate risks in contract terms for facility management and design/construction contracts.
• Ensure compliance with client standards and regulatory requirements, maintaining centralized contract management tools.
• Conduct training sessions on best practices and continuous improvement in contract management.
• Provide support to project teams during contract lifecycle for expeditious review and execution.
• Report on key metrics and maintain visibility through contract management systems.
