This mid‑level role requires coordinating with program management, finance, legal, and compliance to manage solicitations, capture, and contract terms, including audits and training. Active Secret clearance and ability to be on site are required benefits include strong total rewards.

Qualifications

• Experience operating in classified environments and managing classified programs.
• Proven success negotiating complex, high‑value contracts and amendments with government and industry partners.
• Skilled at building and maintaining trusted relationships with contracting officers and other external stakeholders.
• Strong working knowledge of contract closeout processes and procedures.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office & Teams Applications.
• FAR/DFARS experience.
• Active Secret Clearance and ability to be on site.

Responsibilities

• Lead proposal development, negotiations, contract execution, and closeout of classified programs.
• Coordinate with program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, HR, accounting, and compliance.
• Ensure compliance with laws, regulations, and Delegation of Authority for proposals and actions.
• Serve as authorized representative with customers to support business goals and objectives.
• Coordinate audits and training on contract practices within the company.
