Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking a contracts professional to lead proposal development, negotiations and contract execution for development and sustainment efforts within the CH-53K portfolio.

You will perform contracts management across the full lifecycle of contract actions—from capture and proposal development through award and all phases of administration, coordinating with cross-functional partners to manage a broad range of responsibilities and ensuring compliance with

Qualifications

• DoD contracting experience required.
• Experience with all phases of proposal development, contracts negotiation and administration.
• Knowledge of FAR/DFARS.
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop, negotiate, and award contracts while managing the full contract lifecycle.
• Provide expert guidance on contractual compliance, risk mitigation, and regulatory requirements.
• Serve as the authorized company representative in customer interactions, fostering strong relationships.
• Coordinate with program leadership to align contract actions with strategic objectives.
• Maintain detailed contract records and oversee contract administration activities.
