Job summary

Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems is seeking an experienced contracts professional to support proposal development, negotiations, and contract administration for government programs.

The role requires coordinating with program management, finance, legal, and engineering teams, ensuring compliance and effective risk management across multiple task orders under large contracts. A Secret clearance is preferred or achievable.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline, or 4 years’ experience in the absence of a Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience with contract solicitations, capture, and negotiations
• Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Government clearance
• Experience with MS Office and presenting information clearly

Responsibilities

• Manage contracts across capture through closeout for government task orders
• Provide guidance to program management, finance, legal, subcontracts, business development, engineering, HR, accounting, and compliance
• Lead audits and ensure compliance with Delegation of Authority and contract terms
• Coordinate with customers and internal stakeholders to resolve contractual issues
• Prepare reports and training on contract practices
