The State of Washington is seeking a Contracts Coordinator (Management Analyst 4) to organize a large contracting portfolio within the Division of Behavioral Health and Recovery (DBHR). The role is remote with occasional in-person meetings as needed.

You will be the division’s subject matter expert on contracts and federal grants submissions, coordinating with OCP, OTA, and other divisions to keep work on track, minimize audit risk, and mentor contract managers and analysts across agencies.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, lead, and strategically manage contracting across DBHR.
• Escalate issues and coordinate legal reviews to resolve matters and minimize risk.
• Act as a key liaison to shared services divisions within HCA for contract administration.
• Coordinate large-scale, time-sensitive contracts and umbrella agreements.
• Provide backup contract management coverage and track contract completion dates across the division.
• Direct contract managers and align with DES/HCA procurement policies.
