Job summary

Modaxo is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee all contractual aspects of newly acquired business. You will partner with sales and operations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk, drafting and negotiating a wide range of agreements.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and other stakeholders to accurately reflect terms, maintain templates, and provide training on contract matters. This remote US role requires 5+ years of experience in contracts management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business administration, Law, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of contracts management experience.
• Experience drafting, negotiating, and managing complex commercial contracts.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and administer a wide range of commercial contracts.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to reflect agreed terms.
• Identify and assess contractual risks and develop mitigation strategies.
• Maintain a comprehensive contract management system with key dates and renewals.
• Provide guidance and training on contractual matters and best practices.
• Resolve contractual disputes and stay updated on laws and industry standards.
