Job summary

Acxiom is seeking an Expert Contract Development Manager to lead drafting and end-to-end management of varied commercial agreements, from simple product contracts to multi-million-dollar solutions. You will guide stakeholders through negotiations, align terms with business objectives, and drive contract lifecycle excellence.

You will collaborate with legal, finance, and operations to refine templates, manage risk, and improve processes, while mentoring teams on CLM usage and contracting

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years of technology contracting or related experience.
• Bachelor's degree; law degree or professional certification preferred.
• Ability to translate complex products into clear contractual language.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with CLM tools and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Draft, negotiate, and deliver complex commercial contracts and agreement packages.
• Own and manage the contracting process from initiation through execution.
• Serve as the primary liaison among business, legal, and finance teams.
• Facilitate negotiations and resolve contractual issues to progress deals.
• Lead contract review, approval, and compliance with policies.
• Develop negotiation strategies with business stakeholders.
• Identify risks and escalate issues as appropriate.
• Build understanding of business operations and decision processes.
• Provide guidance on contracting standards and best practices.
• Educate sales teams on contract requirements and processes.
• Develop and maintain contract templates for products and services.
• Collaborate with finance on revenue recognition, pricing, and risk management.
