Job summary

Imperial Supplies LLC, a Grainger Company, is seeking a Senior Contracts & Compliance Administrator to manage supplier, customer, government, and other agreements across the organization. This role covers the full lifecycle from intake and review through execution and ongoing compliance.

You will partner with stakeholders across the business to evaluate risk, develop recommendations, and drive complex contracts to completion while ensuring regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent work experience required.
• 3+ years in contract administration, compliance, or related field.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and drive work to completion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Manage contract requests through full lifecycle: intake, drafting, review, redlining, negotiation support, approval, execution, and post-execution compliance.
• Own complex contract projects from initiation to completion by coordinating stakeholders and timelines.
• Collaborate with executives, customers, suppliers, and legal counsel to identify risks and craft practical recommendations.
• Lead contract discussions and negotiations when appropriate to keep projects on track.
• Monitor contractual obligations and support governance activities to ensure commitments are understood and managed.
• Support bid and proposal activities and review terms & conditions.
