Job summary

Companion Data Services is seeking a Contracts Manager to oversee the administration of contracts and ensure compliance with government and commercial requirements. The role serves as the liaison with contracting officers and coordinates legal reviews.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in contract documents, pricing, and negotiations, with a strong focus on accuracy and risk management in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in job related field or 7+ years of relevant work experience.
• 5 years of contracts/subcontracts experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for contractual matters for assigned contracts and subcontracts.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and commercial regulations.
• Coordinate with legal and management to ensure documents meet standards.
• Draft and review NDAs, Teaming Agreements, and related documents.
• Monitor contract requirements to ensure timely reporting and invoicing.
