Job summary

Chromalloy Gas Turbine, LLC in the United States seeks a Senior Contracts Specialist to lead administration and negotiation of commercial agreements across the organization. You will protect the business, track obligations and deadlines, and support strong customer and supplier relationships.

You will draft and negotiate NDAs, MSAs, subcontracts, and supplier agreements, monitor milestones, identify risks, and provide clear guidance to stakeholders while maintaining the contract database and

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 10+ years of progressive experience, incl. 5+ years in commercial contracts.
• Advanced knowledge of drafting, negotiation, purchase order terms and conditions, subcontracts, supplier agreements, and non-disclosure agreements.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to prioritize multiple assignments and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, revise, and administer commercial agreements including NDAs, MSAs, LSAs, subcontracts, supplier agreements, and RFP documents.
• Negotiate contracts with medium-to-large dollar values and complex requirements.
• Monitor contract milestones, deadlines, obligations, renewals, expirations, and performance.
• Identify contract risks, compliance concerns, and propose corrective actions.
• Partner with business units on contract interpretation, governance, policies, and procedures.
• Research new regulations and assess their impact on current and future agreements.
• Provide clear contract analysis and guidance to stakeholders in writing and verbally.
• Maintain contract database, files, form documents, and templates.
• Manage multiple time-sensitive projects with high accuracy and organization.
