Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator, Public Sector to join our Government Solutions team. The Senior Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting strategic and complex opportunities with Federal, State, Local, and Education customers, administering existing contracts, and building relationships with government contracting officers and internal stakeholders. This remote position requires an individual who demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Support the Federal and State, Local, and Education (SLED) business teams by assessing pre- and post-contract awards, solicitations, and Statements of Work to mitigate risk. This includes analyzing contract requirements, working with stakeholders to identify risks, supporting proposal preparation, and negotiating customer terms.
- Administer Public Sector prime/subcontracts and modifications, including analyzing contract requirements, managing contract changes, and supporting contract performance and compliance.
- Review and complete Vendor Certification forms and representations for Public Sector customers and other business units.
- Review, negotiate, and process orders, task orders, awards, and modifications.
- Support compliance with the Federal Service Contract Act, SLED wage requirements, and subcontractor diversity and small business provisions.
- Assist in developing and implementing the Public Sector contract compliance program.
Qualifications
- Unwavering integrity and dependability.
- Experience in Federal and/or SLED contracting, including commercial contracting concepts; familiarity with FAR Part 12 and GSA schedules is preferred.
- Excellent organizational, process management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail related to contractual, statutory, and regulatory compliance.
- Ability to work independently, applying judgment and creativity to resolve issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with internal and external stakeholders.
- Ability to advise and interact with upper management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to learn and operate contract repository databases and workflow systems.
