Iron Mountain is seeking a Senior Contracts Administrator, Public Sector to join our Government Solutions team. The Senior Contracts Administrator is responsible for supporting strategic and complex opportunities with Federal, State, Local, and Education customers, administering existing contracts, and building relationships with government contracting officers and internal stakeholders. This remote position requires an individual who demonstrates leadership, critical thinking, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work independently.
Responsibilities
- Support the Federal and State, Local, and Education (SLED) business teams by assessing pre- and post-contract awards, solicitations, and Statements of Work to ensure compliance and mitigate risk. This includes analyzing contract requirements, working with stakeholders to identify risks, supporting proposal preparation, and negotiating customer terms.
- Administer Public Sector prime/subcontracts, modifications, and support contract performance questions, pricing compliance, and reporting under SLED buying vehicles.
- Review and complete Vendor Certification forms (Reps & Certs) for Public Sector customers and other business units.
- Review, negotiate, and process orders, task orders, awards, and modifications.
- Support compliance with the Federal Service Contract Act and SLED wage requirements, including subcontractor flow-down provisions and small business/diversity requirements.
- Assist in developing and implementing the Public Sector contract compliance program.
Qualifications
- Unwavering integrity and dependability.
- Experience in Federal and/or SLED contracting, including commercial contracting concepts; familiarity with FAR Part 12 and GSA Federal Supply Schedules is preferred.
- Strong organizational, process management, analytical, and communication skills.
- Attention to detail in adhering to contractual, statutory, and regulatory requirements.
- Ability to apply independent judgment and creativity in resolving contract and compliance issues.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation skills with internal and external parties.
- Ability to advise and interact with upper management.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Suite.
- Ability to learn and operate contract repository databases and automated workflows.
