Auction.com is seeking a highly proactive Contract Technical Recruiter / Executive Sourcer to support our growing fintech and real estate technology organization in Irvine. This role is ideal for a headhunter who actively identifies, engages, and recruits top technology professionals rather than relying on applicants.

• Experience recruiting tech roles across fintech/real estate tech.
• Strong headhunting and outreach skills.
• Ability to build and manage talent pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for technology positions from talent identification through offer acceptance.
• Proactively headhunt and directly source passive candidates.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, professional networks, referrals, and other direct-sourcing channels.
• Research target companies and identify high-performing talent within relevant technology organizations.
• Engage passive candidates through personalized outreach and build relationships for current and future hiring needs.
• Recruit across software engineering, test automation/QA, data science, product management, and technical program management.
• Partner with hiring managers to define ideal candidate profiles and translate requirements into search strategies.
• Build and maintain targeted pipelines rather than relying on inbound applicants.
• Conduct initial candidate assessments and provide hiring managers with well-qualified, screened candidates.
