Irvine Technology Corporation (ITC) in Fountain Valley, CA is seeking a Construction and Engineering Recruiter to manage a high-volume requisition load across estimating, project management, and engineering. You will source candidates in CA and expanding markets, working directly with hiring managers to move searches forward and build talent pipelines.

The role is a hands-on contract position with a focus on finding passive candidates and strong stakeholder collaboration onsite.

Qualifications

2–3 years recruiting construction or mechanical engineering roles.
Experience carrying 15–20 open requisitions concurrently.
Strong sourcing skills, including passive candidates.
Comfort working onsite with hiring managers and senior leadership.
Flexible on systems; no specific ATS required.

Responsibilities

Manage 14 to 20+ open requisitions across estimating, project management, project engineering, design engineering, scheduling, detailing, structural engineering, safety, and purchasing.
Source and screen candidates across multiple markets, primarily Southern and Northern California, with Colorado and Tennessee growing.
Partner face to face with hiring managers to calibrate requirements and keep candidates moving.
Build pipelines for hard-to-fill searches where the talent pool is narrow.
Keep every search organized and visible so leadership knows where things stand.
