Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in HR, business, or engineering.
• 4+ years of deep experience in technical recruiting for software, mechanical and/or electrical roles.
• Proven ability to source and engage top-tier engineering talent through multiple channels.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define hiring needs and recruitment strategies for software, mechanical, and electrical roles.
• Source, screen, and evaluate candidates across software and hardware engineering disciplines.
• Build and maintain robust talent pipelines with the sourcing team through outbound sourcing and diverse candidate pools.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle with a focus on candidate experience and policy compliance.
• Conduct technical screenings to assess engineering expertise.
• Represent the company at industry events and career fairs to strengthen employer brand.
• Maintain accurate data reporting and apply insights to improve hiring processes.
