Job summary

UNKNOWN is seeking an experienced Contract Sales Recruiter to source and hire Sales and Sales Engineering professionals across all levels in a fast-paced market. You will build a candidate pipeline from scratch, manage the full recruitment cycle, and act as a trusted ambassador to candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities include executing recruiting strategies, coordinating offers, delivering a positive candidate experience, and providing strategic insights to staffing plans.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience building pipelines from scratch.
• Experience recruiting Sales and Sales Engineering candidates at all levels.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and offer negotiations.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Experience with a full recruiting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Sales and Sales Engineering candidates to build the candidate pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc.
• Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met.
• Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador. Determine skill level, manage offer process, including offer negotiation, offer letter generation, offer presentation and close.
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
• Continuously follow-up and provide strategic insight to hiring managers in an effort to confirm staffing plans and ensure that candidates and hiring managers needs are met
