Qualifications

• 7-10 years Sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
• High attention to detail and prioritization of roles to staff.
• Problem-solving mindset with urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with tact.
• Experience with an applicant tracking system.
• Previous experience working through a full recruiting cycle.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting Sales and Sales Engineering candidates to build the pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, online postings, etc.
• Execute recruitment strategy to ensure management expectations are met.
• Manage candidate process and be a candidate ambassador; handle offers and negotiations.
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
• Provide strategic insight to hiring managers to confirm staffing plans and needs.
