Unknown Company is seeking an experienced Contract Sales Recruiter to recruit Sales and Sales Engineering professionals at all levels and to understand the competitive Chicago market. The ideal candidate will know how to build a strong candidate pipeline from scratch.

Responsibilities include sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and online postings to fill roles, managing the full recruiting cycle, conducting offers and negotiations, and ensuring a positive candidate experience for hiring

Qualifications

• 7-10 years sales recruiting experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to build strong relationships and manage expectations for candidates and hiring managers.
• High attention to detail and ability to prioritize roles to meet hiring needs.
• Problem-solving mindset with urgency.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, tact, and diplomacy.

Responsibilities

• Recruit Sales and Sales Engineering candidates to build a strong pipeline through sourcing, networking, referrals, events, and postings.
• Execute recruitment strategy to meet management expectations.
• Manage candidate process and negotiate offers, generate letters, present offers, and close.
• Deliver consistently positive candidate experience.
• Provide strategic insight to hiring managers to confirm staffing plans and align with needs.
