Job summary

T. Rowe Price is seeking an experienced Senior Recruiter for a six-month contract to partner with hiring managers, attract and hire top talent across sales and marketing, and lead full-cycle recruiting for exempt and non-exempt roles in a hybrid work setting.

You will build talent pipelines, advise on offers, ensure compliant processes, and collaborate with HR to shape talent strategies. FINRA licenses are supported for this role, with base salary ranges reflecting Maryland location and remote

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education/experience.
• 5+ years recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, relationship-building, and offer negotiation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication, consulting, and stakeholder-management capabilities.
• FINRA licenses are required and will be supported for this role.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment from sourcing through onboarding.
• Identify top talent via sourcing, networking, referrals, and market research.
• Advise on candidate evaluation and market insights.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales and marketing roles.
• Manage candidate flow and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR and compensation to develop competitive offers.
• Support internal mobility and promote opportunities across the organization.
• Maintain recruiting records and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.
