T. Rowe Price is seeking a Senior Recruiter for a six‑month contract in Baltimore, MD. The role leads full‑cycle recruiting for exempt and non‑exempt roles, partnering with hiring managers to attract, assess, and hire top talent across sales and marketing functions.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and 5+ years of recruiting experience, with strong sourcing, interviewing, and negotiation skills. A hybrid work model and compliance with employment regulations are included.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience.
• Proven success managing complex full-cycle recruitment across multiple positions.
• Experience with ATS, sourcing technologies, LinkedIn, and AI as talent intelligence tools.
• FINRA licenses required; will be supported.

Responsabilités

• Partner with hiring managers to develop recruiting strategies and hiring plans.
• Lead full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, interviewing, offers, onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for sales and marketing and other roles.
• Manage candidate flow and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Collaborate with HR Partners, Compensation, and hiring managers on offers and internal mobility.
• Maintain recruiting records and ensure compliance with policy and employment regulations.
