Lucid Motors in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Senior Contract Recruiter to lead high-volume, end-to-end recruitment for GTM roles across Sales, Delivery and Aftersales, with a strong focus on speed and quality.

You will forecast headcount, design talent strategies, conduct sourcing, interviews, offers, and partner with leadership to meet ambitious hiring goals while maintaining an exceptional candidate experience.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience with a Bachelor’s degree, 3 years and a Master’s degree, or 9+ years equivalent direct experience of high-volume recruiting in a fast-paced agile environment working hourly and salaried positions in GTM
• Expertise in managing requisitions across fast-scale organizations prioritizing timelines.
• Proven ability to navigate ATS platforms (Greenhouse preferred) and leverage talent market intelligence tools.
• Strong ability to communicate and influence stakeholders at all organizational levels in an ambiguous environment.
• Track record of balancing speed with quality while maintaining exceptional candidate experience.
• Fluency of various sourcing platforms such as Indeed and Linked In Recruiter

Responsibilities

• Partner with leadership to forecast headcount needs, prioritize requisitions, and design talent strategies aligned with schedules and operational urgency.
• Drive high-volume, end-to-end recruiting for Commercial positions—including sourcing, screening, interviews, and closing candidates with speed and quality.
• Engage and influence stakeholders for decision-making at pace.
• Develop and execute targeted pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, leveraging advanced sourcing strategies and competitor market insights.
• Lead offer negotiations with a focus on competitiveness and timely deal closure.
• Deliver real-time recruitment analytics to drive decisions and forecast progress against hiring plans.
• Maintain onsite presence to build trusting relationships, coordinate rapid hiring initiatives and support surge activities, and leadership engagement.
