Lucid Motors in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Functions and General & Administrative teams. You will partner with hiring leaders across Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Legal, and Strategy to attract and hire world-class talent.

The ideal candidate is a consultative talent advisor with a track record of delivering exceptional hiring outcomes in fast-paced growth environments, ensuring a superior candidate experience and alignment

Qualifications

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience for corporate and G&A functions.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on talent acquisition strategies.
• Strong sourcing and candidate assessment capabilities.
• Proficiency with ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience in high-growth technology, automotive, manufacturing, or consumer-focused organizations is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers and leaders to understand hiring needs and workforce planning.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies for corporate and G&A functions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to onboarding.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Leverage networking and market insights to engage passive and active candidates.
• Assess candidates against role requirements and values through structured interviews.
• Advise hiring teams on talent market insights and compensation guidance.
• Deliver an exceptional candidate experience and uphold Lucid's employer brand.
• Collaborate with HR Business Partners and TA peers throughout hiring processes.
• Ensure accurate candidate data in the ATS and monitor recruiting metrics for improvement.
