Job summary

Lucid Motors is seeking an experienced Contract Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Recruiting team in leading strategic searches across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Operations, and Product Development. You will partner with senior executives to design talent strategies and deliver world-class hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years in recruiting, with at least 5 years in executive search, strong leadership assessment skills, market intelligence, and a proven track record

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, incl. 5+ years in executive recruitment.
• Proven success recruiting Director-level and above leadership talent.
• Experience hiring executives in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations or Product Development.
• Ability to influence senior executives and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle executive recruiting for Director and above roles.
• Develop and execute world-class executive search strategies.
• Partner with senior leadership to define talent needs and candidate profiles.
• Provide market intelligence, compensation insights, and talent availability.
• Drive offer strategy and executive-level negotiations.
• Maintain long-term relationships with executive talent pipelines.
