Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks a Senior Contract Recruiter to own end-to-end recruiting for GTM roles in a high-volume, fast-paced environment. You will partner with leaders to forecast demand, source proactively, negotiate offers, and drive hiring with urgency to support Lucid’s mission-critical programs.

The role requires onsite presence at the Phoenix hub, collaboration across Sales, Delivery and Aftersales, and a track record of balancing speed with quality in a dynamic growth context.

Qualifications

• Experience recruiting in a high-volume, fast-paced environment for GTM roles.
• Proficient with ATS platforms and evaluating talent market data.
• Ability to forecast headcount and design recruitment strategies.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience with hourly and salaried positions.
• Familiar with platforms like Indeed and LinkedIn Recruiter.

Responsibilities

• Forecast headcount needs with leadership and design talent strategies.
• Lead high-volume, end-to-end recruiting for Commercial roles.
• Engage stakeholders to enable fast decision-making.
• Build pipelines using advanced sourcing and market insights.
• Lead offer negotiations to close candidates promptly.
• Provide real-time analytics to track hiring progress.
• Maintain onsite presence to support rapid hiring and leadership engagement.
