Lucid Motors in Phoenix is seeking a Contract Senior Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting for Corporate Functions and G&A. You will partner with hiring leaders to identify needs, build pipelines, and drive fast, high-quality hiring outcomes.

The ideal candidate has 8+ years of experience, strong stakeholder management, and a consultative approach, with a track record in fast-growth tech or manufacturing environments. Onsite role with potential for full-time after six months.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred; equivalent experience will be considered.
• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with significant experience supporting corporate and G&A functions.
• Proven success recruiting for Marketing, Finance/Accounting, Legal, Corporate Commercial, Communications, and Strategy.
• Strong sourcing expertise and ability to engage passive talent for competitive roles.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand hiring needs and workforce planning objectives.
• Develop and execute innovative sourcing and recruiting strategies to attract diverse, high-caliber talent across corporate and G&A functions.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including intake meetings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding support.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines for current and future business needs.
• Leverage networking and recruiting tools to identify and engage passive and active candidates.
• Assess candidates against role requirements and organizational values through structured interviews.
• Serve as a trusted advisor by providing talent market insights and compensation guidance.
