Job summary

Lucid Motors seeks an experienced Contract Executive Recruiter to join our Executive Recruiting team. You will partner with senior leaders to lead executive searches across Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, and Product Development, delivering top-tier leadership talent.

This data-driven recruiter will influence hiring decisions, provide market insights, and manage candidate assessments and negotiations to support Lucid’s growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is required.
• 8+ years of progressive recruiting experience, including at least 5 years in executive/senior leadership recruitment.
• Experience recruiting Director-level and above leadership talent.
• Strong experience hiring executive leaders in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations, Quality, or Product Development.
• Expertise in executive search methodologies, candidate assessment, and market intelligence.

Responsibilities

• Lead full lifecycle executive recruiting for Director-level and above roles.
• Partner with senior leadership to define talent strategies and candidate profiles.
• Develop proactive search strategies using direct sourcing, market mapping, networking, and pipelines.
• Conduct rigorous assessments including leadership evaluation and executive references.
• Present qualified candidates with assessments and hiring recommendations.
• Drive offer strategy and negotiations with executive talent.
