Job summary

Fifteen West is seeking a Recruitment Consultant to lead searches in the US renewable energy, infrastructure, and clean-tech sectors. You will own live vacancies, build client relationships, and drive placements with supportive leadership and learning resources.

Remote work is available or a hybrid setup (3 days in NY, 2 remote) with strong earning potential through uncapped commissions and active client work from day one.

Qualifications

• At least six months of recruitment experience in a 360 or 270 environment.
• Experience in renewable energy or related technical markets.
• Confident speaking with candidates and clients to build relationships.
• Proactive in developing accounts and identifying opportunities.
• Ambition to grow billings in a high-performing but supportive environment.

$65,000-$90,000 base DOE + uncapped commission

Join a specialist executive search business that is growing ahead of plan across renewable energy, infrastructure and clean technology. You’ll work with established developers, investment-backed businesses, utilities and high-growth companies across solar, wind, battery storage, grid infrastructure and emerging energy markets. With live accounts, experienced leadership and dedicated learning support, you won’t be expected to build from zero. The Recruitment Consultant will develop client relationships, deliver specialist searches and grow a high-value recruitment desk across the US renewable energy market.

Role Highlights

• Take ownership of live vacancies and established client relationships from an early stage

• Manage the full recruitment process, from business development and qualification through to placement

You Will Need

• At least six months of recruitment experience within a 360 or 270 environment
• Experience in renewable energy, energy, oil and gas, aerospace, engineering or another relevant technical market
• Confidence speaking with candidates and clients and developing long-term commercial relationships
• A proactive approach to developing accounts and identifying new opportunities
• The ambition to grow your billings within a high-performing but supportive recruitment environment
