Viridan Group is expanding our Contracts division with the launch of our Houston hub, offering a remote-first Associate Contract Recruitment Consultant role with occasional onsite days at our Downtown Houston hub. You’ll recruit across energy, renewables and infrastructure markets and build strong client relationships while collaborating with senior consultants.

Qualifications

• Experience in contract recruitment, recruitment sales or B2B sales.
• Energy, renewables, engineering or infrastructure experience is a plus.
• Strong communication, relationship-building and negotiation skills.
• A commercially minded, results-driven approach with a desire to grow.
• Excellent organization and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
• A bachelor's degree is preferred but not required for candidates with relevant recruitment or sales experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver contract recruitment assignments across the energy, renewables and infrastructure markets.
• Source and engage talent across engineering, construction, project controls, HSE, commissioning, operations and commercial functions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and contractors while supporting key accounts and new business opportunities.
• Manage the recruitment lifecycle from sourcing and candidate engagement through placement and onboarding.
• Partner with senior consultants on retained, exclusive and contingent searches.
• Develop your own client relationships and specialist market, with a clear path toward greater ownership and responsibility.

Viridan Group is expanding our Contracts division with the launch of our new Houston hub, and we’re looking for an Associate Contract Recruitment Consultant to join the team.

This is a remote-first opportunity, with the flexibility to work from home and occasional onsite days at our Downtown Houston hub. You’ll have the autonomy of a remote role while still having the opportunity to collaborate with the team in person.
