Fifteen West in New York City is hiring a Recruitment Consultant to join its rapidly growing global technology recruitment business. You’ll train quickly, build client relationships, and place top tech talent in FinTech and GreenTech markets.

This role requires no prior recruitment experience; you'll receive structured training, set performance targets, and progress based on results. The position offers a $55,000 base salary with uncapped commissions and a first-year OTE of $75,000–$85,000, with
