Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, or related STEM degree, or equivalent expert-level experience as a Program Manager.
• 10+ years as a Program Manager managing cost, schedule, performance and risk for DoD/IC programs.
• PMI PMP or DAWIA Level III certification or equivalent program-management credentials.
• Extensive experience with customers and IC/DoD partners.
• Ability to engage senior government stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams.
• Expert-level experience in cost, schedule, performance and risk management for DoD/IC programs.
• Experience in engineering/enterprise engineering and MBSE/DE processes and standards development.
• DoD/IC Acquisition Process or PPBES experience at expert level.
• Active TS/SCI clearance required.
• Experience with Digital Engineering (DE) and MBSE.

Responsibilities

• Ensure timely execution of all contract actions including financial, staffing and administration.
• Lead team in development, implementation and adoption of Digital Engineering, MBSE and Digital Twin capabilities.
• Serve as primary government point of contact with COR and PM and other key offices.
• Provide contract management support to the Program PMO for financial, staffing and admin actions.
• Provide program management support for cost, schedule, risk and performance of all activities.
• Ensure contractor personnel are qualified and pre-empt potential problems.
• Ensure contract tasks are completed within timelines.
• Establish processes enabling surge staffing and rapid response.
• Align program with customer visions and priorities.
• Deliver required reports and government deliverables (financial, staffing, activity, reviews).
• Plan Quarterly Program Reviews for health/status transparency.
• Coordinate program activities across customer offices.
• Manage day-to-day contractual and programmatic tasks.
• Monitor metrics and KPIs and report progress to leadership.
