Job summary

KBR, a leader in mission-focused technology solutions, seeks a Program Manager to oversee complex security system programs for government customers. You will plan, execute, implement, and sustain projects, serving as the primary interface with stakeholders and directing multidisciplinary teams.

This on-site role in Washington, DC requires US citizenship, active DoD TS clearance, PMP certification, a bachelor’s in a technical field, and at least 15 years of experience delivering mission-critical

Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen.
• Active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT Management, Engineering, Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or related technical field.
• Current PMP certification.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience implementing and sustaining complex security systems.
• Experience leading large technical programs, managing budgets and schedules, and mitigating risks.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the single focal point accountable for the quality of all FPTS services, projects, risks, personnel, activities and deliverables.
• Brief FPTS services and deliverables to US Government personnel up to Executive Service level.
• Ensure the right mix of management, technical, engineering, and maintenance personnel.
• Confirm personnel have necessary qualifications, training, and security access.
• Manage and de-conflict multiple ongoing baseline support and technical tasks.
• Lead the monthly PMR presentation to the Government.
• Manage, control and report FPTS program costs.
• Identify dependencies on FPTS and non-FPTS systems.
• Document concerns and findings and present to the Government.
• Communicate emerging trends and technologies in the information technology industry.
