Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a Senior Program Manager in Florida to lead and support program management activities, establishing policies and guiding the team to successful execution.

The role interfaces with government and subcontractors, ensures budget goals are met, and may require travel to support the program and customer needs. The ideal candidate has 20+ years of experience, a DoD TS clearance, and familiarity with government contracts and IAC MAC vehicles, along with strong Microsoft Office

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years’ experience.
• Active DoD TS clearance; program management experience required.
• Government contracts experience preferred.
• Experience with IAC MAC contract vehicles.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office products (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Teams).

Responsibilities

• Provide program management support to the team.
• Lead and guide the program management team.
• Establish policies, procedures, and goals for program execution.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and drive improvement.
• Travel to support program activities with customers and the company.
• Interface with government and subcontractor personnel.
• Coordinate program purchasing to meet budgetary goals.
