Job summary

KBR, Inc. seeks a Program Manager (Contingency Hire) to oversee the planning, execution, and sustainment of complex security system programs for government customers. You will serve as the primary interface with government stakeholders and lead multidisciplinary teams to meet contractual, technical, cost, schedule, and performance objectives.

This on-site role requires U.S. citizenship, active DoD Top Secret clearance, PMP certification, and 15+ years of experience.

Qualifications

Must be a U.S. Citizen with an active DoD Top Secret security clearance.
PMP certification is required.
Minimum of fifteen years of experience implementing and sustaining complex security systems.

Responsibilities

Serve as the single focal point accountable for the quality of all FPTS services, projects, risks, personnel, activities and deliverables.
Brief FPTS services, activities, and deliverables to United States Government personnel up to Executive Service level.
Assure the right mix of management, technical, engineering, and maintenance personnel with proper qualifications and access.
Manage and de-conflict multiple ongoing baseline support and technical tasks.
Lead the monthly PMR presentation to the Government.
Manage, control and report FPTS program costs.
Identify system dependencies and communicate concerns to the Government.
