Job summary

KBR is seeking a Program Manager to lead complex programs under an IDIQ contract. The role covers contract administration, customer engagement, and delivery across multiple task orders at on-site locations in Chantilly, VA and Reston, VA.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph required.
• PMP certification required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of fifteen (15) years of experience managing programs, projects, contracts, or large-scale technical efforts.
• Demonstrated experience managing Task Orders under an IDIQ contract vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the IDIQ Contract Manager for overall contract administration, customer engagement, and contract performance.
• Serve as the Task Order Program Manager for assigned task orders, overseeing technical, cost, schedule, staffing, and quality requirements.
• Lead program execution activities to ensure delivery of all contractual requirements across multiple task orders.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and resource allocations to meet objectives.
• Monitor and report program performance metrics; implement corrective actions as needed.
• Direct risk, issue, and opportunity management to minimize impact and maximize outcomes.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance for compliance with requirements and delivery commitments.
• Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and contractual communications with government/industry stakeholders.
• Support business growth through opportunity identification, task order pursuits, proposal development, and transition planning.
