Job summary

KBR, Inc. is seeking a seasoned Program Manager in Virginia to oversee complex IDIQ contracts across multiple task orders. You will lead cost, schedule, and technical performance while engaging with government stakeholders to ensure successful mission outcomes.

Qualifications include a PMP certification and a TS/SCI clearance. A Bachelor's degree and 15 years of program management experience are required. This is an on-site role in Chantilly and Reston with travel minimal.

Qualifications

• Active TS/SCI with Polygraph is required.
• PMP certification is required.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Program Management or Information Technology (or related field).
• Minimum 15 years of experience managing programs, contracts, or large-scale technical efforts.
• Experience managing Task Orders under an IDIQ contract vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Serve as IDIQ Contract Manager for overall contract administration, customer engagement, and contract performance.
• Serve as Task Order Program Manager for assigned task orders, overseeing technical, cost, schedule, staffing, and quality requirements.
• Lead program execution and ensure delivery of all contractual requirements across multiple task orders.
• Manage program budgets, forecasts, staffing plans, and resource allocations.
• Monitor program performance metrics and implement corrective actions as needed.
• Lead risk, issue and opportunity management activities to minimize impacts.
• Oversee subcontractor and supplier performance to ensure delivery commitments.
• Lead customer meetings, program reviews, and contractual communications with stakeholders.
• Support business growth through opportunity identification, task order pursuits, and proposal development.
