Job summary

KBR is seeking a Senior Program Manager to join our team and lead major government programs. The role emphasizes leadership of the program management team, policy development, and coordination with subcontractors and government customers.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree with 20+ years of program management experience and an active DoD TS clearance. Travel may be required to support the program and customer needs across locations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 20+ years’ equivalent experience.
• Active DoD TS Clearance is required.
• Program management experience; government contract experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Program Management support.
• Provide leadership and guidance to the overall program management team.
• Establish policies, procedures, and goals for continued successful program execution.
• Evaluate subcontractor performance and facilitate improvement as necessary.
• Travel in support of the program, customer, and company.
• Interface with government and subcontractor personnel.
• Facilitate program purchasing and coordinate between project level POCs to meet budgetary goals.
