Job summary

KBR’s National Security Solutions team in Chantilly, VA seeks an experienced Program Manager to lead contractor support for multiple government services projects. The role requires a TS/SCI with poly, a 10-year track record in management, and PMP certification.

You will oversee cost, schedule, risk, and staffing under an IDIQ, with 100% on-site presence in the DMV area and occasional travel. You will coordinate cross‑functional teams, ensure safety, and maintain strong customer relationships

Qualifications

• Must possess TS/SCI with current Poly.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management or Engineering plus a total of ten (10) years’ experience in Management level positions.
• PMP Certification is required.
• Personnel management experience with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient knowledge and experience in project management concepts (schedule, cost, risk, deliverables).
• Familiarity with crisis management and 24/7/365 operational environments.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and oversee contractor support personnel across Task Orders under the IDIQ contract.
• Onsite in the DMV area with occasional OCONUS travel.
• Develop plans and schedules and document implementation of requirements.
• Monitor cost, schedule, inventory, and performance; take corrective action as needed.
• Interface with the CO, COTR and Government leadership; maintain customer satisfaction.
• Oversee PMP deployment, OSHA/Safety functions, and quality control and reporting.
