Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalence.
• 1+ years in a supervisory or team lead role.
• 3+ years in contract preparation experience.
• 3+ years of cash handling experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide contract entry and document preparation for all sales contracts and maintain smooth daily workflow; reassign tasks to maximize personnel.
• Train new and existing team members on process updates and cross-training with other teams.
• Review owner accounts and collect/post outstanding balances in various software applications; understand business rules related to contract generation.
• Keep management informed of issues and assist with workload to prevent backlogs; help create/update SOPs.
• Perform administrative tasks such as auditing contract files, data entry, copying, filing, sorting and scanning.
