Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 6 months contract preparation experience.
• Minimum 6 months cash handling experience.
• Able to work weekends and late shifts.
• Must be able to multi-task and be detail oriented.

Responsibilities

• Enter and process Sales and Latitudes contracts and print documents.
• Conduct deed verifications, usage and exchange verifications; prepare transfer documents.
• Post outstanding balances for mortgages and Condo Association receivables in systems.
• Assist management with training and onboarding of staff.
• Perform pre-closing and post-closing audits to ensure processing compliance.
