Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Contract Processor II in Orlando to handle contract preparation, processing and related audits. The role supports sales with accurate equity documentation and daily processing of deposits, with duties spanning notary services and file creation.

The successful candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, experience in contract prep and cash handling, and the ability to work weekends and late shifts while maintaining attention to detail and

Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED required.
Minimum of 6 months contract preparation experience.
Minimum of 6 months cash handling experience.
Notary preferred.
Must be able to work weekends and late shifts.
Must be able to multi-task.
Typing 40 WPM.
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.
Must be detail oriented and well organized.

Responsibilities

Prepare and process contracts and ancillary documents to secure sales; update demographic, sales personnel and marketing information.
Perform data entry for contract preparation, processing and printing; conduct deed, usage and equity verifications; post mortgage and HOA receivables; assist management with training.
Conduct pre-closing, post-closing and final audits to ensure compliance; prepare and process corrective documents; provide notary services as needed.
Process daily sales deposits and run reports to reconcile revenue with system data.
Create bank and corporate files for distribution.
