Job summary

Holiday Inn Club Vacations Incorporated is seeking a Contract Processor II in Myrtle Beach, SC. The role focuses on timely and accurate contract preparation and processing, ensuring proper documentation for sales and ownership records.

You will handle data entry, verifications, and post- closing audits while maintaining excellent service to internal and external customers. Weekend and late shifts may be required as needed.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of contract preparation experience.
• 2-3 years cash handling experience.
• Typing 40 WPM or faster.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Ensure contract office is ready to facilitate daily sales procurement.
• Performs data entry for contract preparation, processing and printing.
• Conducts deed verifications, usage and exchange verifications; prepares documents for property transfers.
• Collects and posts outstanding balances for mortgages and Condo Association receivables; assists management with training.
• Performs pre-closing, post-closing, and final audits to ensure contracts are within processing guidelines.
• Adheres to all departmental and company policies and ensures excellent customer service.
• Processes daily Sales deposits and runs reporting to ensure new revenue balances with system information.
