Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 6+ years of experience in contracts, pricing, commercial operations, or related business functions.
• Associate's Degree with 4+ years of experience or Bachelor's Degree with 2+ years of experience.

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing strategies for standard and customized customer agreements through market analysis and requirements.
• Lead contract development, negotiation, execution, and ongoing management for assigned customers and therapy portfolios.
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and Contract Administration to align contract strategies with business objectives.
• Manage customer quotations, RFPs, and bid responses while adhering to pricing and contracting standards.
• Conduct financial and contractual analyses to support pricing recommendations, renewals, and margin optimization.
• Monitor contract performance, pricing commitments, and renewal opportunities throughout the lifecycle.
• Provide recommendations based on business performance and market insights for strategic decisions.
• Support special projects and process improvements to enhance contracting and pricing effectiveness.
