Qualifications

• 4+ years in contracting, pricing, contract administration, sales operations, or customer-facing business support
• Working knowledge of Excel (pivot tables, XLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH)
• Experience in medical device, healthcare, or heavily regulated industries
• Experience supporting field sales and urgent commercial requests
• Knowledge of pricing strategy development and customer-specific contracting solutions
• Experience managing quotations, bids, and RFPs

Responsibilities

• Develop pricing and contracting strategies across product portfolios
• Analyze requests, market dynamics, and business requirements to recommend pricing and contract solutions
• Manage customer quotations, bids, and RFPs per guidelines and standards
• Draft, review, negotiate, and execute customer agreements with cross-functional teams
• Guide opportunities through full contract lifecycle from pricing to renewal and maintenance
• Collaborate with field sales to provide contracting expertise and process guidance
• Monitor contract performance and support business reviews and reporting
• Contribute to process improvements and operational efficiency
