Medtronic plc is seeking a Senior Manager for Americas Pricing and Contracting. You will lead enterprise growth programs and ASC initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams across Sales, Marketing, and Finance.

The role emphasizes analytics, data-driven decisions, and scalable processes to drive profitable growth. On-site four days/week, with travel as needed, based in Fridley, MN or other US locations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree with 10+ years of relevant experience or advanced degree with 8+ years.
• 5+ years of people leadership, program management, or leading cross-functional initiatives.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Enterprise Programs: Pathfinder, MVP, contract renewal strategies, and price increase initiatives.
• Lead ASC growth programs with cross-OU collaboration and enterprise contracting initiatives.
• Analyze data and develop scorecards, dashboards, and reports to guide leadership decisions.
