Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services seeks a procurement contract operations professional to support end-to-end lifecycle processes from intake through renewal. You will redline standard agreements, coordinate cross-functional workflows, and help administer the CLM platform with templates, metadata and reporting.

The role emphasizes improving contract processes, governance, and collaboration with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk and Quality to meet business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred.
• Minimum 5+ years of related business experience.
• 3+ years in contract management or procurement-related roles.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end procurement contract lifecycle processes (intake, review, routing, execution, storage, renewal).
• Redline and review standard procurement agreements and NDAs/SOWs.
• Coordinate cross-functional contract review workflows across Procurement, Legal, Finance, Risk and Quality.
• Administer and improve CLM platform, templates, metadata and reporting.
• Develop reports and dashboards for contract operations and audit requests.
• Assist with user training and process documentation for CLM.
