Job summary

West Pharmaceutical Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Specialist, Process to lead and document the end-to-end planning framework across Demand and Supply Planning. You will analyze data flows, define master data standards, and ensure governance and accuracy to improve SIOP/IBP effectiveness and predictability.

You will partner with planning leaders to translate business requirements into system documentation and support monthly planning cycles with robust reporting and insights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Supply Chain-related concentration required.
• Master's Degree in related field preferred.
• 5+ years in Supply Chain Engineering, IT, or related field.
• Strong knowledge of MS Office and SAP MM/SD.
• Experience with APO/SNP and SAP planning systems.

Responsibilities

• Document and maintain global end-to-end planning processes.
• Map data flows across Demand Planning, Supply Planning and master data.
• Develop SOPs, work instructions, and governance materials.
• Analyze data to identify gaps or deviations.
• Validate lead times, capacity, safety stock, and resources.
• Collaborate with Master Data Governance and site teams.
• Translate business requirements into documentation and system specs.
• Support monthly planning cycles with reporting and analysis.
• Identify system and process gaps affecting predictability.
• Assist in system enhancements and testing for planning tools.
• Promote standardized practices across units.
