Job summary

Stryker’s Contract Management team seeks a skilled professional to draft, review, and negotiate procurement agreements, including SOWs and leases. You will partner with stakeholders, suppliers, and legal to improve procurement processes and manage risk across the organization.

Preferred candidates will have strong CLM and MS Office experience, plus 4+ years in contract management or related fields. This role emphasizes training, continuous improvement, and cross-functional collaboration

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4+ years in contract management, negotiation, procurement, legal operations, or supply chain.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, redlining, and negotiating procurement contracts and SOWs.
• Experience with CLM systems and MS Office applications.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, negotiate, and manage commercial agreements including various contracts and SOWs.
• Advise partners on contract terms, policies, and processes to support timely decisions.
• Identify risks and mitigation strategies, escalating for legal review as needed.
• Negotiate terms with suppliers while protecting company interests and relationships.
• Track activities, maintain records, and provide status updates for timely execution.
• Serve as a subject matter expert and primary contact for contract reviews.
• Develop and deliver training on contract management topics for large groups.
• Lead process improvements related to contracts, data analytics, and CLM systems.
