Job summary

Ethos is seeking experienced contract negotiators to review and negotiate commercial agreements for AI-generated documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks. You will own redlining, negotiation, and diligence-reviewing tasks with exceptional attention to detail and clear written communication.

This remote role offers flexible hours between 5 and 20 per week, starting ASAP. The ideal candidate has 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager and direct ownership of contract diligence

Qualifications

• 4+ years as a transactional attorney or contracts manager reviewing commercial agreements
• Direct ownership of redlining, negotiating, or diligence-reviewing contracts
• Expert-level document, spreadsheet, and slide craftsmanship, with excellent written communication

Responsibilities

• Review and negotiate commercial agreements to train AI model documents, spreadsheets, and slide decks
• Create, evaluate, and refine AI-generated documents and workpapers across core workflows
